CNC Laser Cutting
Our state of the art laser machine is capable of the following.
Steel up to ¾” thickness
Aluminum up to 3/8” thickness
Stainless up to 3/8” thickness
Standard laser cutting tolerances are + / - .005”
Aluminum Plate Sawing
Our aluminum plate saws hold the following capabilities.
Ability to cut up to 12” thickness
Ability to cut up to 12’ long
Standard aluminum plate sawing tolerances are -0 / +1/8”
Precision sawing tolerances of -0 / + .005” are available for an additional fee.
CNC Plasma Cutting
Our plasma cutting capabilities include the following.
Steel up to 1” thickness
Aluminum up to ½” thickness
Stainless up to ¾” thickness
Standard plasma cutting tolerances are -0 / +1/16”
CNC Flame Cutting
Up to 6” thick steel plate
Standard flame cutting tolerances are -0 / +1/8”
Forming
Our 700 ton press brake is able to form the materials listed below.
Steel up to 10’ at 1” thickness
Aluminum up to 12’ at 1/2” thickness
Stainless up to 8’ at 1/2” thickness
Forming tolerances may vary based on material and job type.
CNC Machining
Our experienced operators are capable of machining the most detailed of parts. We specialize in machining all types of material, no minimums required.
Standard CNC machining tolerances are + / - .005-.010”
Shearing
We can shear to size all types of materials ranging from the following.
Steel up to 5/8” thickness
Aluminum up to 1/2” thickness
Stainless up to 1/2” thickness
Copper up to 1/2” thickness
Brass up to 1/2” thickness
Standard shearing tolerances are + / - 1/16”.
Band Sawing
We offer cut to length service on all of our items.
Rounds up to 20” diameter
Squares up to 20” diameter
Bundles up to 20” x 24”
Miter cuts up to 60°
Standard band sawing tolerances are + / - 1/16”.

Material Data
Material Composition Analysis-
We are now able to offer complete onsite material composition analysis, for all types of metals. The process consists of obtaining a sample piece of the material, and then the item is tested and analyzed for its chemical composition. A report is then generated listing the chemical data, and an alloy is identified.
Material Certification
We can provide complete material certification(s), directly from the mill. All material certification requests must be made prior to purchasing the item. We will not provide material certification after the item has been sold, transported, or altered in any way.
